The Pre-Teen Oklahoma Scholarship and Recognition Program was held recently at the Crowne Plaza, in Tulsa.  Oklahoma’s best and brightest top female honor students, ages 7 to 12 competed for over $5,000 in educational bonds, prizes and awards.  They also qualified for competition in the 2008 Pre-Teen America National Competition to be held July 2-7, 2008 at the Radisson in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where they will have the opportunity to compete for over $25,000 in educational bonds, prizes and awards.

 

State Jr. Winner - Paige Lokey, 8 year old from Pocola

First Runner-up - Kambri Gabel, 9 year old from Guymon

Second Runner - up - Hannah Pryce, 9 year old from Glenpool

Third Runner-up - Sara Kaye Thomas, 7 year old from Roff

Fourth Runner-up - Elena Rodriguez, 9 year old from Burns Flat

Speech Winner (tie) - Raven horn, 9 year old from Burns Flat and Hannah Pryce, 9 year old from Glenpool

Talent Winner - Kambri Gabel, 9 year old from Guymon.
