2004 Results 2003 Results 2002 Results 2001 Results 2000 Results 1999 Results	The Pre-Teen Georgia Scholarship and Recognition Program was held recently at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. Georgia’s best and brightest top female students, ages 7 to 12 years of age, competed for over $5,000.00 in educational bonds, prizes and awards. They were also vying for the opportunity to represent the State of Georgia at the 2006 Pre-Teen America National Competition, to be held in July, 2006 at the Sheraton Birmingham in Birmingham, Alabama. There they will be competing for over $25,000.00 in educational bonds, prizes and awards. The participants competed in seven evaluation categories. 1) Academic Achievement, 2) Volunteer Service to Church and Community, 3) School Honors and Activities, 4) Development of Personal Skills and Abilities, 5) General Knowledge, 6) Communicative Ability and 7) “On-Stage” Acknowledgment of Accomplishments. The following are Senior Division Titleholder and Runners-Up 2005 Pre-Teen Georgia Sr. Titleholder – 12 year old Sarah Pledger from Dallas 1st Runner-Up (tie) – 12 year old Saxon Gibbs from Marietta and 11 year old Nicole Newsom of Tifton 2nd Runner-Up – 12 year old Paula Eaton from Baxley 3rd Runner-Up (tie) – 10 year old Katelyn Simmons of Athens and 11 year old Mary Pledger from Dallas 4th Runner-Up – 12 year old Ginny Rhoades from Hiawassee The following are the Junior Division Titleholder and Runners-Up 2005 Pre-Teen Georgia Jr. Titleholder – 8 year old Amber Lewis from Vidalia 1st Runner-Up – 8 year old Johannah Grace Earnhart from Dallas 2nd Runner-Up – 8 year old Carly Anne Newsom from Tifton 3rd Runner-Up – 9 year old Lesleigh Irvin from Loganville 4th Runner-Up – 9 year old Brittany Ashley from Thomson Senior Talent Winner (tie) 10 year old Ivie Slaughter of SunnySide and 12 year old Ginny Rhoades from Hiawassee Junior Talent Winner – 8 year old Carly Anne Newsom of Tifton Senior Speech Winner (tie) – 12 year old Amberia Curry from Valdosta and 12 old Brittani Russell from Martinez Junior Speech Winner – 9 year old Destiny Tier from Leary
