The 2004 Pre-Teen West Virginia Scholarship and Recognition Program was held recently at the Holiday Inn-Charleston House in Charleston, WV. West Virginia’s brightest and best top female honor roll students ranging in age from 7-12 years old competed for over $5,000 in educational bonds, prizes, and awards, as well as for the opportunity to compete in the 2005 Pre-Teen America National Competition to be held July 2-7, 2005 at the Holiday Inn-Select in Baton Rouge, LA. There they will have the opportunity to compete for over $25,000 in educational bonds, prizes, and awards.
